Who I Am
I grew up in Millerton, PA which is where I was lucky enough to return to after my military service. I never really could answer the age-old question of “What do I want to be when I grow up?” so, I decided to join the Air Force shortly after graduating high school. My enlistment date just happened to be September 11th, 2001, and that day defined the entirety of my military career. I deployed 5 times to 5 different locations but was lucky enough to be stationed in places such as Germany and Japan. As the end of my Air Force career got closer, I realized that I really had to start thinking about what I wanted to be when I grew up! Luckily, I at least knew at that point that I had an interest in real estate and so when the time came, I dove head-first into it, and it has been the best career decision I have made! I absolutely love my job!
I assist buyers and sellers in the Northern PA region primarily along the NY border in Potter, Tioga, and Bradford counties. My niche has been assisting our military veterans with utilizing the VA loan. I myself have utilized it twice and around 50% of my clients over the past 3 years have been Veterans so you are in good hands when it comes to finding a property that will pass the VA’s standards for the loan!
One of the great things about my situation in life is that all of my families “Adulting” things (Bills, Groceries, Gas) come out of my military retirement. Everything I do on the real estate side is extra and so that puts me in the unique position to be able to truly look out for your best interest. I don’t have any added pressure to sell a house to go get groceries and my clients know they are getting all of the information they need to make a great decision when it comes to real estate. This mentality and my attention to detail has led to receiving the BHHS President’s Circle Award as well as receiving the Honor Society Award the past 2 years.
I met my wife when I was stationed in Germany and we have 3 beautiful daughters ages 13, 9, & 2. Another great thing about my job is the fact that I get to work from home and spend my free time with them. When I am not working, we are usually traveling to see different sites around the country and occasionally Europe. I enjoy football, Nascar, and rooting for the local hockey team in Elmira (If you ever make it to a game, I am the guy with the drum!). Since retiring from the Air Force in 2021, I have really tried to focus on slowing down and enjoying what life brings my way.
The bottom line is that your best interest is my top priority. It is my absolute honor to help you reach your real estate goals.
